1. Booking & Payments

• Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings

• Valid government ID required at check-in

• Prices include applicable taxes unless mentioned

2. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

• Early/late check-outs subject to availability and extra charges

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in

• Late cancellations: 1-night charge

• No-shows: No refund

4. Guest Conduct

• Peaceful behavior and respect for other guests is expected

• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public indoor areas

• Hotel reserves the right to deny service in case of misconduct

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Hotel Bliss Valley is not liable for lost/stolen belongings

• Guests use hotel property and amenities at their own risk

6. Children & Extra Beds

• Children under 5 stay free (existing bedding)

• Extra beds available on request (additional charges apply)
